Ingredients

cooked red quinoa
(from 1/2 cup uncooked)

cup
sliced strawberries

cup
blueberries
1
cup
blackberries
Juice of 2 limes

tablespoons
maple syrup
1/2
teaspoon
ground ginger
Instructions
Add quinoa and berries to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, syrup and ginger. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Either serve immediately (with lime zest to garnish) or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
