Ingredients

for the dressing:

rice wine vinegar

Instructions
Add the slaw ingredients to a large bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for 2 - 3 days.
