Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F and grease the basket with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the asparagus, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Bundle 3-4 spears together and wrap them tightly in a slice of prosciutto. Repeat with the remaining asparagus.
Arrange the asparagus bundles in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the asparagus bundles and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
