Here’s a rundown of the process of making these air fryer salmon bites:
- Dry the fish. Pat the fillets dry with paper towels and cut them into one-inch cubes.
- Make the marinade. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a dish or bowl that will fit the salmon.
- Marinate the salmon. Place the salmon in a dish with the marinade and marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator, or up to 24 hours if you have more time.
- Air fry the salmon. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes. Arrange the salmon bites in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400ºF for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve. Plate the salmon and serve with lime, avocado, veggies, and rice or your favorite grain.

Ingredients
- 4 ounce skinless salmon fillets (450g)
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon sweet paprika
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
For serving:
- 2 limes (cut into quarters)
- Avocado, veggies and rice or your favorite grain for garnish
Instructions
- Pat any excess moisture from the salmon fillet with paper towels and chop into one-inch cubes.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade (coconut aminos, oil, sesame oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder, sesame seeds)
